Independence & confidentiality
Every side of the market, kept separate.
I advise software and data companies, enterprise buyers and investors. That breadth is the source of my perspective, and it comes with clear commitments.
My commitments
Independent advice, with your interests first.
Conflicts checked first
Every engagement starts with a conflict check against current clients.
Nothing shared across clients
What I learn from one client, including deal and commercial information, is never shared with another.
Disclosed up front
Any relationship that touches your decision, including fees or commissions, is disclosed in writing before I advise.
You decide how we proceed
If a relationship is relevant to your decision, you choose the path, including leaving that part of the work to someone else.
NDA as standard
Signed before any confidential information changes hands.
Your requirements first
Recommendations start from your needs, data and budget, not from a preferred vendor list.
Full disclosure
How my relationships work.
I also advise software and data companies in this market, and some of those relationships include fees or commissions. They are kept separate from enterprise engagements, disclosed in writing, and if one touches your decision, you decide how we proceed.
For software and data companies, the same applies in reverse: I also advise enterprise buyers, vendor work is kept separate, and confidential information is never shared across clients.
For investors, conflicts are checked before every engagement, an NDA is standard, and nothing learned in diligence is shared with vendors, portfolio companies or other clients.
